Mental Unjam offers short, focused support services to help clients gain clarity, make decisions, and move forward on specific challenges. Services include:

  • Finish It Club – Group accountability sessions.
  • Mental Clarity Sessions – One-on-one sessions for focus, prioritization, and planning.
  • Mirror Board Coaching – Reflective conversations to help organize and refine ideas.
  • Emotional Admin Assistant – Done-for-you writing support (emails, letters, difficult messages).

These services are designed for personal development and productivity support.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

Mental Unjam is not a medical or mental health provider.

  • Services are not therapy, counseling, or treatment for mental health conditions.
  • We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • If you need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or call emergency services if in crisis.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All services must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.
  • Payment is processed securely via PayPal.
  • Confirmation details will be sent after booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

To keep services accessible and schedules fair:

  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or credit.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-Shows: Missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Finish It Club: Due to its group format, no refunds are available once a session has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking or communicating.
  • Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Take full responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, and materials provided by Mental Unjam remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • Mental Unjam is not liable for any decisions you make based on our services.
  • We provide support and guidance, but outcomes depend on your own actions.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
